Yoga

Yoga facilitates the union of the body, mind and spirit. When we connect with our inner self and with our deepest essence we achive to become present and to fade the duality. Is this sensation of unity that will allow us to be in connection.

There are different kinds of Yoga, but they all aim for the same goal:

KARMA-YOGA > The path of actions.

BHAKTI-YOGA >The path of devotion and love.

JÑANA YOGA > The path of researching and understanding.

RAJA-YOGA > The path of introspection.

HATHA YOGA > The path of equilibrium of internal energies.

Within the Hatha Yoga, the practice is to be present and to be concios of your movements on your every day life. There are sequences of movements and poses (asanas) that aim to make a dynamic meditation, to achieve relaxation and a whole restoration of the muscles and nervous system. Yoga is at the reach of every person and is adaptable to specific needs depending on the age, physical constitution and nature of people. This is the reason why it is important that every person could find their space and time to dedícate to themselves. Within Yoga, there are different styles some of which I practice and share: Hatha Yoga, Ashtanga Vinyasa, Restorative and Alignment.

“Now we have to begin to learn to eliminate our blockages in the body and let the mind understand that we only have one body, and one soul. And that our body and soul make up for our indentity. We can not only pay attention only to our body” Yogui Bhajan
