The practice of AcroYoga fusions the wisdom of Yoga, the dynamic power of acrobatics and the subtle energy of healing arts: The 3 streams that conform the practice and cultivates trust, grace and community.

We fire up our collective potential and we mutually lean on each other to reach new heights. AcroYoga invites you to learn about yourself though exercises to give and receive, to support and to be supported, to be strong and to be sensitive at the same time.

It has two basic elements:

·      Solar Acrobatic practices to develop trust, ability and happiness. To work on acroyoga you need 3 persons: The Base, the flyer and the spotter. The base creates stability and balance for the acrobatic movements; the flyer the trust and integration of its whole body, and the spotter makes sure everything is developed in a safe environment. This practices build up a strong but play full sense of community that can help us to discover and develop our own potential.

·      Lunar practices or healing practices, are use to cultivate the active listening, the love and the let go. The first steps into acroyoga and to listen and to be present. Lunar practice includes thai massage and therapeutical flights. In this practice you keep in mind that the giver and the receiver are feeling in balance. The basic tools are gravity, attention to sensations, kindness and liberation.
